Vansire Houston Concert reviews
Tool is at an all time low
This was the weakest Vansire concert I have been to, despite being my fourth time seeing them. As most of their fans know, they are usually a phenomenal live act.
Adam, Danny, and Justin put on a great show, with 3/4 of the band shining brightly. Despite a few forgivable technical glitches, they were a joy to watch.
In the interest of keeping it short, I'll just say this:
Point #2: The setlist is recycled from the 10K Days tour, with a few adjustments made to the visuals and segues, but no new songs added and "10,000 Days/Wings for Marie" removed.
Point #1: Maynard has checked out. He appears to have no interest in singing the songs and it's almost like he's forcing himself to stay on stage long enough to finish the show. He is the weak link in the band and he single handedly made last night's show a mediocre event.
